To begin a request, you should contact me with:
+ A reference sheet of your character. I will attempt to reproduce the art style from this reference sheet. Any illustration with the face and details you want in view is OK, with separate front/side/back views being best. Be sure the artist allows using their work as reference for creating a 3D model.
+ A description of what you want, all the details that should be included, and any gimmicks you would like. References for any gimmicks or a specific styles of shading you want are also helpful.
+ Additional info such as whether you want commercial rights for merch, and whether you want the work to be private until a certain date.We will agree on the requirements, price and timeline. Once 50% is paid, I will start working on your project. This amount will not be refunded unless I am unable to continue working on your project. I will send you updates and ask for your feedback at stages listed below. I can upload the avatar to VRChat at a private link for you to review, or send photo or videos for you to review. If communication from the client is exceedingly delayed, the timeline may need adjusted based on mutual agreement. If you do no have a specific deadline but it takes more than the agreed upon time to finish the work, I will reduce 10% of the total price from the final payment per week late. However, I take no responsibility for damages that may be caused because of delayed delivery. Once the work is complete, pay the final 50%, and I will deliver the specified file types to you via a google drive link. I can also upload the final avatar to VRChat for you.Revisions will be allowed in separate stages.
Once you are satisfied with one stage, only minor revisions will be allowed to that stage.
Each stage will allow up to 3 revisions.
The stages are:
1. Rough mesh with simple colors.
2. Detailed mesh with simple colors.
3. Rigging.
4. Detailed texture.
5. Shaders.
6. Animations and gimmicks.Rights
You may monetize streams and sell videos using the model without paying anything extra. Additional commercial rights for merch (for example, 3d-printed figures) are +20%. Reselling all or part of the model is prohibited (negotiable).You can modify your model, and you can ask other people to modify your model.I appreciate credit in your stream description or about page.I will wait to post a showcase video of your model until any date you specify. The price to not disclose the model at all is +20%.
